How should the trills be played? Like they did in Grieg's time (the way Hasting does it here) or like they did in Holberg's time (which is the trill beginning on the beat, starting with the upper trill-note)?

I have seen Joel Hastings play live 3 times in London, ON. The man is simply "BRILLIANT!" He makes it look second- nature. There are so may classical pieces that I have yet to hear.
