I would like to say that not only are your recipes very easy to follow but also whoever edits your video does a really good job. Editing my own cooking video made me realize how much a different good editing makes, and how time consuming it is.
hola cheff. permitame decirle con todo el respeto que se merece, que cuando veo sus videos lo que mas se me antoja es usted. jejejeje , pero bueno sus recetas son buenas. gracias. atte. su admiradora. Cuidado he que soy una mujer casada.
@ChefTips I'll try although you guys make soups kinda differently there! :D We mostly use a mixture of olive oil, lemon and eggs to finish them instead of heavy cream. But since you know the Kalamata olives you probably know a lot about our cuisine - definitely more than me anyway! :D
@GeiserAlexis.. I was wondering the same. i cant seem to find kosher salt in any of the supermarkets here in oz' whats the difference between that and sea salt for eg?
Hey chef I was wonder If you could tell us what kind of wine do you use for cooking, Or some tips on using liquor in cooking overall that would be nice. TX
Like this if this is your English assignment =P

ChefTips 1 year ago
@ChefTips I don't think it's too fast. I think it's pretty convenient since it keeps the essentials in. It's different, but a good thing! :)

My wife was saying that she feels she did "tighten" this one a little too much during the editing.
Thanks again for your input!
