  • @jkshoujk

    Do they flow too fast?

    Thanks,

    Jason

  • @ChefTips I don't think it's too fast. I think it's pretty convenient since it keeps the essentials in. It's different, but a good thing! :)

  • @jkshoujk

My wife was saying that she feels she did "tighten" this one a little too much during the editing.

    Thanks again for your input!

  • @JanessaTheCow It's an electric pepper mill. You can find them online at specialty food shops. Amazon probably even has one. :)

  • I would like to say that not only are your recipes very easy to follow but also whoever edits your video does a really good job. Editing my own cooking video made me realize how much a different good editing makes, and how time consuming it is.

  • @DKDamilos Hope you enjoy it! It's good on cheese soup (see our new video) and French onion soup (coming this week).

  • @ChefTips I'll try although you guys make soups kinda differently there! :D We mostly use a mixture of olive oil, lemon and eggs to finish them instead of heavy cream. But since you know the Kalamata olives you probably know a lot about our cuisine - definitely more than me anyway! :D

  • @DKDamilos That is a nice way to do it as well! Much healthier than the heavy cream!

  • I like also eat some crouton with some cheese.

  • @GeiserAlexis.. I was wondering the same. i cant seem to find kosher salt in any of the supermarkets here in oz' whats the difference between that and sea salt for eg?

  • @dsr20631 Sea salt is equally fine to use. Both have a nice coarse texture.
