you get it fromt he site, you download the little client, and when you want to join the game, it updates, and downloads you the game.

try downloading and reinstalling it again, then when you do, you see 4 tabs, click on the tab you want to play, and on the screen, where be like a "Play Now" in the middle, click on that, and it should download the game
