I enjoy listening to your life story. ASL makes us equal just like Hearing People communicate. Then we spend time with our Hearing family. We are trained to accept a life of non-total communication in the Hearing World without a question as if it is something that cannot be helped nor solved. They get bored learning ASL but they don't get bored learning Spanish or French cuz it's the "Hearing Thing" to do. We know something they don't. The DEAF WORLD is huge....Hearing People are "blind" to it.
I think she's trying to tell me something, but i don't know what it is.
