Wow, awesome results! I have a question, I don't buy the groceries in my house, do you think by cutting fast food (eaten 2-3 times a week), junk food, and soda (at least 1 a day) completely out will give me good results? I am 17 and have a little pudge, I can't really control dinner because my mom makes it for the whole family, but what do you think I can make myself for breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner when we eat fast food, also what kind of pull up bar are you using and supplements.
