That is the train designation - ie. Train L52751 (527 for short) is a train based out of McLennan that goes to Roma Jct (and starting Monday returns to Mclennan with the Abolishment of 528) - each train has it's on "Train ID" - The train from Roma Jct to High Level is 531 and the High Level to Roma Jct is 532
Nice video do you mostly run the train on that sub all the time? And with CN if you wanted to get a ride along to see what its like to work for a railroad any tips how to go about it and are they pretty cool about it?
it is strictly against rules to allow any unauthorized person onboard a freight train. The crew could get in big trouble (even fired) if they let someone in the cab so no CN is not pretty cool about it but you can get cabrides if you find a nice engineer who would be willing to risk his/her job. But that would be tough.
Cn bought the line back in 2006 - in 1998 CN sold it to Railink (a Canadian Company) who were purchased by RailAmerica in 2000... Before 1981, this line was part of the NAR....
Too bad the discontinued CN line from Hanna to Oyen is in process of being ripped up.

When did CN repurchase the line back? Or have they always had ownershop? I thought that the line was owned by Rail America for a while?
