He is Demolition Ax, I met him once and had a nice chat with him, really good guy. Weird to see a guy go from wrestling in front of 60,000+ at the Skydome to a few hundred in rural Virginia, but that is the nature of this business.
One of the best of all time.Had the pleasure of seeing him tagging with Paul Jones back in the Mid Atlantic days at my high school.Should be in the hall of fame.

The Masked Superstar is at the top of the heap...he never had to rant or spit and he was fantastic in the ring. Condescending as all get out too and unmatched on the mic...what a legend!

Great promo by The Masked Superstar!!! He's more articulate and more intelligent in cutting a promo than anybody else in the industry. Right. His voice and eyes have something. Bill Eadie : "I'm not coming to Tampa to play around. The fans know when i say something i don't make a boastful statement and one thing i don't do is lie. I'm coming to Tampa to take your mask off. I urge all the fans. But especially bring your camera the night of the match." "Who do you think, Bill?" I sure love it.LOL
Masked Superstar has always been one of my top favorite wrestlers. Articulate, well-spoken, no-nonsense, and an outstanding grappler in the ring. He could have an excellent match with anybody. A class act all the way.
One of the all time greats. In an interview, Eadie talked about how unlike the other wrestlers, he could go out and mingle and not get bothered by fans, unlike Ric Flair, Ricky Steamboat, and the others who were wrestling for Jim Crockett Promotions back then. What put him over was in the spring of 1977 when he burned Mighty Igor's eye with Boris Malenko's cigar. That put him up with Ric Flair, who was the top heel at the time.
I loved him as the Superstar when I was a kid then watching Demolition in later years. I didn't know til just a couple of years ago that The Masked Superstar & Demolition Ax were the same person.
Sorry Bill Eadie we already saw your face already just without your face paint of course.I would like to thank your wife for letting you go out and fullfill your fantasty to be of the best of all time.Without her we wouldn't have been able see those classic Demolition matches or when you were a Machine.
Yes, I loved his intelligent interviews. I remember when he was going to wrestle Andre the Giant and he said "Well, I'm not going to say I'm going to tear him apart" - just the opposite of your typical heel rant.
yes along with Mr Wrestling 2, The Assassian(Jody Hamilton) Ken Ramey along with Masked Superstar were masters at working the mic, and they did it without any foul language
Wrestling was so much better back in the day!

Bill Eadie really knew how to cut a promo...always selling himself, his opponent, and the match itself.

He was a terrific interview, Bill Eadie. Never hysterical, a calm and intelligent man. (Well, he is a teacher...)

Let's also not forget the Grappler Len Denton.
But we have seen BOTH their faces already! Denton wrestled without the mask also in the 90s
