This Virus full of FX is highly exciting ! Of course, as Dragoste 747 says, the aim with such an instrument is to create infinitly, my most reason to love Virus synths. Nevertheless this improvisation on the Indigo sounds is beautiful and very creative in itself. I reveals you are a genuine musician !

@dragoste747 This synth is a lot about fx. There as some default programs sound that are fine and you can really create your own sound from scrap but don't get that synth if it's only for these programs sound cause it's kind of limited. You would use only 20% of what this keyboard can do!

I got a question, im looking into getting a workstation/synth to make trance/techno music. If anyone who has experience can tell me if Access virus is a good machine and how much it costs, or if you know of another machine, for instance I have been looking at the Roland gaia synth and it seems pretty nice, i tried one out in Bestbuy. I am serious into wanting to do this, its time i need to upgrade.

I got this version for like 1000 $ CAD on ebay, used. The synth is discountinued so you won't find it new. I think the rackmount version is still available, and much cheaper. Whatever synth you wanna get, I suggest you get a rackmount version of it and buy a midi synth on the side cause when some of the keys or electronic breaks on the midi synth, you can just get another one and still use your sounds and effects, the rackmount will last for much longer.

@TechnoTranceRM Also, don't buy a synth in buy stores like bestbuy, unless you wan't the real synth, you'll surely wan't a garanty. But if u get the rackmount version, which will be much cheaper and more durable, try looking on ebay for used, there are A LOT of people selling keyboards and rackmounts on the net. Also, you should shop a lot before buying a synth cause its expensive!

Well I started with a sound I created and I twisted it a little, playing with the LFOs, the semitone function with the oscilators, and all the filters functions. I didn't saved my last settings but I'm sure you can create your own noise and do some great sounds. If you want a tip, play on the very low notes or on the very hi notes, you may reach different levels of harmonics for the lower notes and very strange and special sounds with the highest ones.
