i also started at 16, with tumbling. its good to have some sort of foundation instead of jumping straight into Free run cuz it involves flips and acro movements.

but parkour is easier.

yeah not hating, i i guess from my own personal experience, ive found free running a bit more dangerous then parkour, cuz as most people know, parkour doesn't involve flips. just know how to roll and break your falls, have good vaults and etc.

FR is all of that and flips. so yeah.

thats just my opinion, any one might have a diff take on it..
