he cropped it a bit so it wouldnt show health etc. on the top and bottom also got a nade and held down the fire button so the gun does not show and the crosshairs will not be there

fraps, sony vegas, and i dont remember the resolution like 700 by 400 or something like that, just type in youtube "youtube screen resolution"
