TheJapaneseSword, I appreciate the videos you have posted, which pay homage to one of the greatest inventions of mankind - the Samurai sword. My only complaint about this one is that there is no English translation. It makes it sort of hard to appreciate the video, when no one, except for the Japanese, can understand it. I am assuming you are posting this for an English audience, since you wrote your description in English.
Thank you for your comment. I would love to have the time to make subtitles for all the the videos that I post. Unfortunately, I am met with the dilemma of posting the video as is for everyone to enjoy, because as you can see noone else has created a page like this, in addition giving
the well deserved exposure to all the craftsmen concerned with at least their names in English. Or, not posting them until I have made subtitles for them which may take a long time. Also, the one video that I have added subtitles for the
(Matsuda Tsuguyasu Pt 1), not everyone is able to view them apparently as I still receive comments requesting them. If anyone would like to make subtitles and submit them to me for my editing as I see fit, I will credit them accordingly.
wow, that's just great...i'm happy to see that the old traditions are still alive and being practiced in modern japan. amazing video!
