I'd blow this video off if it weren't for the appearance of this subject being abnormally tall and wide. Factoring that the lens is zoomed in from a distance, the subject's head seems rather high and wide compared to the tree trunks when extrapolating the telephone poles at the 0:02 mark (40ft standard total length) on the other side to be 25' high at their top. More study wouldn't prove anything except that this footage may not be such a "bad" video after all. For what it's worth.

My only problem with most of these "sightings" is that the minute Bigfoot is in frame the guy with camera has an epileptic fit and that's the end of it. Sure, it would be pretty creepy but generally they are far away, so why can't anyone take a decent video? I'm pretty sure I would be following up with checking for tracks in the snow or whatever and not be satisfied with just a passing glimpse. Sorry...this is a hoax, just like all the rest of them.

I often see comments on how small the creatures in these videos are. My thought for what its worth, is the reason we see smaller animals is that, they are juvenile animals. And being young, they are curious about the world around them. This curiosity is leading them out into areas where they can be observed. Many higher order animals have curious offspring in their "teen" stages. Why would bigfoot youngsters be any different?

Don't dismiss this video as fake because the camera zooms in before the figure appears. Suppose the occupants of the car saw it cross the road and disappear behind the large mound. There would be a frantic moment in the car while the camera is picked up, switched on and zoomed in close onto the mound where they would reasonably expect to see the figure appear again. The video is too far away to tell much and the sound being cut off is suspicious. Interesting though.
