Is this some new revelation? Does it surprise you that downloading torrents makes you lag? It's not even specific to Battlefield 3, just using the internet entirely. This video is fucking pointless.
It's not bad if you have a decent internet connection. I have one, I can easily game while having my uTorrent downloading & seeding games (once even had a situation where I was DLing 2 games at 3-4mb/s and seeding 1 game at 1mb/s, my ping didn't even go up by 1 point above the normal ping I have in that gaming server - talk about a good connection :P). tl;dr - good internet connection = freedom with the use of uTorrent anytime you want to.
