this train is seriously a waste..........this rake is a chair car rake i guess but by putting sleeper and 3 tier and 2 tier coaches this train could be made to run frm NDLS to Nanded Shri Hazur Sahib because when ever u go to book the ticket for Nanded u get a huge waiting list in front of u......so if 1 train will also be made to run on that route punjab's people will get m0re chance of being there.......and the govt. will also see the raise in their profit which is surely not given by distrain

@raghav5634 : Hi Dear, well ASR Delhi Morning Shatabdi runs before ASR CDG Duronto, Most of the time Duronto chases it at Ludhiana . Some times Duronto coming later is either held before Ludhiana OR most of the time running past slowly through Ludhiana due to busy terminals at LDH stns..

@raghav5634 : Hi , I don't think that one can board the train from Sirhind Jn. Reasons , 1) Tickets are issued for CHD - ASR 2) TTE examines the tickets before Sirhind Jn. .. so feels that its difficult to board from Sirhind !!

Though it is better to leave the train at Sirhind while coming from ASR to CHD ..

More Importantly This is Why They Didn't allow this train to have any stoppages in between because it would have Let Their Buses Fail and This way Their Pockets Won't Fill.............At The Start Of This Train It was Proposed That This Train Would Have Stoppages At Jalandhar City , Phagwara Jn. and Ludhiana But Later The Punjab Govt. Refused Stating that they will not make Stoppages without any explanation and hence whenever i see this train passing from Phagwara Jn. It is completely empty.....

@adi007008 : ya feel the same, also feels that the timings are bit awkward. Stoppage is the need of hour ,, rest most of the people are trying hard to travel much through this train so that it still can show good numbers in future.. Best of Luck to this train and hope to run it to full , while stopping at Ludhiana , Jalandhar in near future..

But Seriously This is a waste of a Train as it is always empty.............The Political Parties Have Robbed It Of Providing Key Stoppages At Major Stations In Order To Let Their Private Buses Have a Major Share In Transport Department and to Fill Their Own Pockets, The Ministers haven't allowed any stoppages ,Even PUNBUS - The Punjab Govt. Roadways is In Losses since The Punjab State has More Private Buses Than Govt. Buses and All these private buses are of ministers who are playing a monoply.
