Sorry to be the one to inform you but they never did. They did work together on something, I think it was Cry for Blood but I'm not sure

@GothicDahlia It was Cry for Blood, he stayed with her for a while and they did get very close. But the relationship broke off when she involved herself in killing again at the end. I recommend reading it though, Batman & Huntress: Cry For Blood. It is sweet how much Question cares and tries so hard to save her from herself in that storyline. They definitely had a thing for a bit.
