He's using a Parker guitar, which has a synth output, so you can controll certain synthesizers with the guitar, so it seems like one of the synth parts is actually played by the guitarist.

i love his tone on bass clarinet...it almost sounds like a bari sax...
just knowing u can make an instrument like a clarinet sounds like a sax when there overtone series/timbres are completely different just let u know how amazing marcus miller really is!

Marcus is pretty serious. I can't get over how good Lonnie's Lament is. Amazing Grace is also pretty clean.
