There's other side to it though.
Donnie & Rufus etc. cases are simple and clear - grown men making their own choices.

Donnie is a grown man, he himself decided to make a tattoo on his forehead. It doesn't really matter if he was drunk or not - because drinking booze (or whatever he did) was also his choice.
You can't blame other people for this as long as he agreed to do it by himself and wasn't took by the force.
