It seems like they're trying to be poetic yet their lyrics are so fucking childish. usually I don't mind because the public expression of feelings like self-pity and anger is by nature a childish thing and so to write as if one were a child WOULD be poetic. However, songs like this make it painfully obvious that they are unaware of how bad their lyrics are. I mean even with all that aside the melody still sucks ass

Plus they do so much more with the effects in their songs, like weird sounds and whatnot. And by no means am I downing Disturbed. They're my favorite band ever!
