So moving to see & listen to the guy at the end of the clip - reminded me of me! I cried at the end of the Easyway seminar not because I was sad or scared, but because it was such an enormous relief not to have to smoke anymore. That I really could be free after 40 years of addiction.

Just hit week five with not one desire to smoke let alone have one, Allen Carr saved my life and made my life a million times better, I feel like a totally different person, it is so hard not to ram his book into the hands of smokers wow look as pathetic as I did.

What i got from this video was... that, continuing to smoke your next cigarette is the 'chain', yes we all know "chain smoking" but realising that it is for life unless you break that chain. Well done Allen !!!
