i love how she speaks about "you cant go back". once you start asking, the ball starts rolling. and when the ball starts rolling, to go back or stay stuck is probably the most painful thing ive experienced. the all out war against yourself. ego. people around me tell me im idealistic, and to get back inside my box, because its easier that way. compassion needs to come into play. its all part of the journey i assume.
