I've always wondered why people consider this band black metal. I would say that they're style is closer to a mix between power metal and melodic death metal. The melodies are a clear nod towards various "Gothenburg" and NWOBHM bands and the long song structure with lyrics that seem to be telling a story is really only found in power metal.
