Deuce also wrote most of their songs, I dont know about the rights part but Deuce started the band up and was the band. Im retiring from the service this HU soldier is retired, their last album sucked balls anyways. Da Kurlzz should leave the band and start up a band with Deuce, they could go out and get a guitar player and rock out.

@animeguy55 I call bullshit. Only three of their songs on American Tragedy could be considered legit "party songs." Those would be: Gangsta Sexy, Comin' in Hot, and My Town. Four if you count Apologize, but that isn't really about partying, so I didn't count that. And as for serious songs, Glory, Coming Back Down, Levitate, Pour Me, Hear Me Now, Been to Hell, and I Don't Wanna Die were all about serious subjects.

Mother Murder and SCAVA are both very serious as well. Also, a lot of the more "serious" songs HU made with deuce were released in the two Swan Songs EP's, and HU didn't have enough time yet to make an extended play for American Tragedy, so it wouldn't be fair to count songs like "Knife Called Lust."

Still, just looking at AT by itself, the serious songs easily outnumber the party songs. The problem is that you're comparing a total group of 21 songs to a group of 14 songs. Of course the first group is going to have more serious songs, it has more songs as a whole.

On that note, the way Johnny sung the diary made him sound almost sarcastic, like the song was a parody of serious songs, so they do match in that regard. And if you listen to the chorus of apologize, you'll realize that it's also a fuck you to haters and critics. Undead itself also contains lyrics about getting drunk and doing stupid shit, but that doesn't change the overall theme of the song, which is hating haters.

I mean look at undead, it was like rap, but it also had hard rock in it and even some screamo ( as they do scream undead) or dead in ditches even, It's basically a full rap song, but still has a short screaming part. There is zero songs on this album that have a distinct kind of sound that they use to.

There are probably a lot of people who would disagree with you, but at the same time a lot of people would agree with you. It was a stupid decision to kick him out. Deuce sang all the choruses and produced a lot of their stuff. Those are the 2 reasons I liked HU (most of the time I didn't like the rapping or the subject matter). But, because of the unique sound of deuce in the chorus and the excellent production values, I like this band. I guarantee HU's next album will be mediocre at best.
I have to admit, Deuce needs to keep that mask on...

B) HU sold out big time, they use auto-tune and prettied up their masks. American Tragedy can't even compete with Swan Songs and most HU fans will agree Swan Songs is the better album. They actually took a step backwards.
Hollywood Undead is still gonna be alright without Deuce, but it sucks he won't be there. Deuce was everything about Hollywood Undead pretty much. His voice was amazing during every chorus and he helped all the guys write their rap and he mixed everything. Deuce was what Hollywood Undead was about and now he's gone its gonna suck ass. I still love HU but I'm pissed Deuce is gone.

Deuce isn't out of Hollywood Undead. People do side work but still are in the band and that's what he is doing. They released their album "Desperate Measures" and won't be on tour for a while. They are taking a break now he finally as time for a solo project.

@animeguy55 I call bullshit. Only three of their songs on American Tragedy could be considered legit "party songs." Those would be: Gangsta Sexy, Comin' in Hot, and My Town. Four if you count Apologize, but that isn't really about partying, so I didn't count that. And as for serious songs, Glory, Coming Back Down, Levitate, Pour Me, Hear Me Now, Been to Hell, and I Don't Wanna Die were all about serious subjects.

@animeguy55 I'm not talking about bullet. Did you even read the list I gave you? I'll post it again: "Glory, Coming Back Down, Pour Me, Hear Me Now, Been to Hell, and I Don't Wanna Die." Mother Murder and SCAVA are both very serious as well. Also, a lot of the more "serious" songs HU made with deuce were released in the two Swan Songs EP's, and HU didn't have enough time yet to make an extended play for American Tragedy, so it wouldn't be fair to count songs like "Knife Called Lust."

It is unknown as of now whether or not they will make new content for AT, since not even a year has passed since its release. Still, just looking at AT by itself, the serious songs easily outnumber the party songs. The problem is that you're comparing a total group of 21 songs to a group of 14 songs. Of course the first group is going to have more serious songs, it has more songs as a whole.

@animeguy55 Redux wasn't an EP. It was a remix album, which is completely different thing altogether. And only the songs on the Rarities EP were released on Myspace prior to Swan Songs. The songs on the B-side EP were songs which were written for Swan Songs, but didn't make the album. Saying their style changed drastically is very different from "They got rid of all there songs with a serious undertone and only have like 3 on the album, the rest are all mainstream rap party songs."

All of those where direct copies from myspace ( except the natives as said before.) And the three songs on Rarities where all made before swan songs.

Pour me was a song about a man whose life was ruined by alcoholism, it is definitely serious, and the way he presents it is very similar to "the diary." If you're going to give a broader definition of "party song," then many more of the songs Swan Songs that I mentioned earlier could be considered party songs.

On that note, the way Johnny sung the diary made him sound almost sarcastic, like the song was a parody of serious songs, so they do match in that regard. And if you listen to the chorus of apologize, you'll realize that it's also a fuck you to haters and critics. Undead itself also contains lyrics about getting drunk and doing stupid shit, but that doesn't change the overall theme of the song, which is hating haters.

I mean look at undead, it was like rap, but it also had hard rock in it and even some screamo ( as they do scream undead) or dead in ditches even, It's basically a full rap song, but still has a short screaming part. There is zero songs on this album that have a distinct kind of sound that they use to.

It was a stupid decision to kick him out. Deuce sang all the choruses and produced a lot of their stuff. Those are the 2 reasons I liked HU (most of the time I didn't like the rapping or the subject matter). But, because of the unique sound of deuce in the chorus and the excellent production values, I like this band. I guarantee HU's next album will be mediocre at best.

I just found out that Deuce was kicked out today.And im shocked. Without deuce Hollywood Undead is done. Deuce was the best singer and he was like the main song writer. I mean Deuce will be fine on his own. He is already making songs and everything. Hes got the voice and talent. Im not really worried about him. Hollywood Undead is who you should be worried about. B) HU sold out big time, they use auto-tune and prettied up their masks. American Tragedy can't even compete with Swan Songs and most HU fans will agree Swan Songs is the better album. They actually took a step backwards.

Hollywood Undead is still gonna be alright without Deuce, but it sucks he won't be there. Deuce was everything about Hollywood Undead pretty much. His voice was amazing during every chorus and he helped all the guys write their rap and he mixed everything. Deuce was what Hollywood Undead was about and now he's gone its gonna suck ass. I still love HU but I'm pissed Deuce is gone.

Deuce isn't out of Hollywood Undead. People do side work but still are in the band and that's what he is doing. They released their album "Desperate Measures" and won't be on tour for a while. They are taking a break now he finally as time for a solo project.
