I have had the great fortune to work out with Grand Master Taboada numerous times. You get an unbelievable workout! No matter how many times I see I see him in action, I am still astounded by his speed and the effortlessness of his actions. We were playing once, and he disarmed me so fast that I didn't even realize it until I did a strike and saw that my hand was empty! It was a very humbling.
