However, I'd still pick My Hands over this for the mere reason that My Hands' lyrics connect with each character individually, while this one only touches a few (Serah, Hope, and Vanille especially).

My Hands is okay, I guess. but why can't the english version stay true to the japanese version by simply translating kimi ga iru kara (and eternal love)? Probably something to do with copyright matters, but I am sure it wouldn't be much of a hassle for them to translate. I mean... they did it for IX and X-2... This is amazing :D A wonderful mesh of excellent lyrics and a beautiful voice. I love the song, and like I said- your singing is fantastic. And I do feel like it fits the game very well. I absolutely love how the characters interact and become a family, this song exemplifies that friendship they build. And I can see this centered around Fang and Vanille- their friendship(FLight dammit, FLight!) and how the other L'Cie feel about them being crystallized, imprisoned in the sky.

I didn't mind the Leona Lewis song, it had a nice feel and fit in with the game well.

I wish they would take this song into account when they put the soundtrack together for FFXIII-2. This is so beautiful You are just absolutely amazing. This translation fits together so well with the feel of the game, especially with the ending. It's almost as if it was written for Fang and Vanille. It's just so nice.
