  • Nice!!! There was a 4th unit on that #214 that was sent to maybe the shop here, it was #7122 which actually was the lead when it hit the tractor trailer in Kings Mountain, until it was in the rear in was out of the consist after the crew change.

    Nice #213 sighting!

  • I saw a picture of 214 and the truck on railpictures (dot) net and I saw the stacks, then it dawned on me I saw the same late 214. He sure nailed that truck! I hope 7122 is okay.

  • Man GP60 horns either sound out of tune or they aren't very loud when I see them..

  • Me too, some of them are usually quiety, especially a few guys told me they could be in it's final days of Intermodal Service like #7115, he is out of Intermodal Service. After that, more Catfish, and newer power in which it makes some railfans in a non happy mood.

  • Noooooooooo, well I better get as many videos as possible, I let the GP15-1s slip away, also, PPLX coal trains in my area will no longer come through next year, the plant in Martins Creek is swapping to Natural Gas :(. On Wednesday I caught an intermodal with a trio of GP60's and a C39-8!

  • Nice catches!
