this is mostly a medium to long range weapon, so i use my $45 M14 and its just as accurate but it is single shot, but who cares if its a sniper rifle right lol

Sorry buddy but from my personal experiences, and my friends experiences with matrix rifles, they are not reliable at all, and can and most likely break on you, also idk even no if you compared the two guns, my gun shoot fully automatic or semi auto, with out cocking anything, and that one you looked at has to be cocked back for every shot.

It's based of the M1 Garand, just converted to be full auto and have a box mag. It's kind of obvious....

And besides, the M1A1 Carbine hase a metal folding stock.

Im wouldnt recommend you getting a spring rifle. Only if your going to get a highly upgradeable sniper such as a VSR 10 or BAR 10.

first off, id like to know about your mount. clearly the mount was not from the same company, as you said. i have this same exact gun and im thinking about getting a mount but i dont want to buy a really expensive one. do you think all brands would cross over to work on this gun?

Second, I dont know if youre any type of generous person but watch out for that stock. i lent mine to a guy and he tripped (carelessly) and smashed it no problem. im thinking about getting a DMR stock though.

the m1 garand was only semi auto and could only hold a 8 round clip. you might be thinking m14 which was semi/full auto

lol good reveiw but honestly it screams m14/m1a not m1 garand. the garand had 8 shots were as the m14/m1a has 20 rounds and is 308 rather than 30-06. both are excelent rifle's though. again good reveiw i am looking into an airsoft rifle since i played a match at a freinds party and absolutly loved it i had been looking at the m14 thinking it would be a good choice. now i know its the one for me one question though whats the max effective range
