  • I remember when radio acutally played this on the pop stations and it seemed it was a big hit as it was in the original time it was released

  • @debfan74 i remember this too. i hear this version on the radio more than the original

  • I heard this before the original, it's pretty damn good for a remix.

  • Song came out when I started my senior year in high school...ok, douche bag moment. It gave me chills then and it's giving me chills now. Sue me :-)

  • im in my early teen years and i LOVE this song!!

  • i love this song and the original, i dont know which one is better though

  • @OwlCityLuver23 I like this version.

  • I LOVE This version! Thank you so much for posting it!

  • i think this was the version I had on Casette(sp). Played it so much, the tape broke.

  • @SLRMcLaren1 Boy that is the truth. Mine was on 8-track

  • TOO SLOW but awesome COWBELL!

  • COWBELL!

  • Open House Party represent! I've been looking for this version ever since I was a child. Thank you.

  • This Frankie Valli And The Four Seasons 1994 Hit, "December, 1963 (Oh, What A Night) Remix-Dance Version," Would Be Playing In The Future On WEZN-FM's Star 99.9, WRWZ-FM's Star 93.3, And Sirius XM's The 90's On 9.

  • I Love This Frankie Valli And The Four Seasons 1994 Hit, "December, 1963 (Oh, What A Night) Remix-Dance Version," Which Became A Top 15 Hit In America.

  • 8====D

  • si muy buena esta esta MEZCLA

  • I like both versions of this song

  • I like both versions of this song

  • this sounds cheesy you kids are crazy lol, the first one was better. this is fine but it sounds....cheap.

  • I grew up on the original version. I guess they needed to jazz it up a little to appeal to a younger 80's audience ... they seem to have sped up the song a little. Give me the 1976 version any day - it is more subtle and warm.

  • @EddieAlda --gotta admit...great dance version!

  • I have no particular affinity for this song, but the original version is far superior. Nor do I doubt Mr. Liebrand's skills as a DJ or audio editor. It's just that the remix is pointless. You want to hear an interesting remix? try Paperback Believer.

  • @regusted Paperback Believer is a mash-up, not a remix. Learn about music before you comment, idiot.

  • The BEST remix ever!!!

  • Awesome Version of a great track:) Love it:)

  • i got a fever! and the only perscription is more cowbell!

  • I remember associating a particular radio DJ with this remix. I believe the name was John Garabedian.

  • That kick is a little too deep for me but I dig the track y0!

  • @soulcapacitor Deeper kicks = better kicks :P

  • Love this song!!!!

  • i love this remix!!!!

  • The intro isn't as long as I recall, yet the full version is more than 6 minutes--1 1/2 minutes longer than the version many top 40 stations played.

  • is one is one of the best vesions thank you

  • This is a song of champions

  • Love this song!

  • This tune always reminds me of baseball.

  • its got more cowbell!

  • needs moar kick! 4 on the floor!

  • Oh what a night!!!

  • I've heard this version more often than the original!

And as a result I totally like it more than the original.

  • This used to get blasted in '94 when I was at Intermediate. Good times.

  • amazing fuckin remix, almost as good as the live version from the midnight special '76, actualy this is just as good!!

  • THIS version I like much better than the original.

then again, the original is okay.

  • very nice one T you man

  • This was my first year as a cop. I remember riding around listening to this in my patrol car. How time flies.

  • HAHA thats sick! I would love that life. I remeber driving to Buxton NC with my friends and listening to this.

  • there was a late 80's remix (88/89)...exactly like this but longer...mine runs 6:12...and I'm sure it was mixed by Liebrand.

Its such a goddam 'phat' version...I love it...crank it up loud!!!

  • @roachy333 where can i hear that 6 minute one? do you have it?

  • @HowDareUMan

Yes I do have it...I tried to upload it when I posted my first comment, but it got removed straight away...I may try again though.

  • this is amazing!

  • I love this song

  • Ben Liebrand got the bass and drum samples from PWL (Ian Curnow)

  • who the HELL is this version of the song by though!?! I've been trying to find it forever....all i keep getting is Clocks and Ben Liebrand (who apparently was this dutch disk jockey who made the beat) but everytime i try downloading it....nothing matched those artists ????????

  • @Frederick107 Ben Liebrand a remixer...very well known!

  • Four Seasons

    ...I think.

  • 1994 :)

  • THIS is the best version of the song, I think.

  • @Lazaro5000 i agree! love it!

  • @Lazaro5000 i mean everyone is titled to their own opinion but I myself find the percussion very annoying, it completely takes away from the original soulful percussion in place.

  • what year did this come out?

  • Best I can recall is mid-90s, 1994 or so. I love it!

  • This I believe is from 1988. I heard it as a little kid all throughout the early 90's.

  • This was in the 1988 grand mix too.

  • orig better

  • why can't I find the version with the 30 second extended intro anywhere?

  • heard it on the radio in lynchburg,Va like wednesday

  • Tinny. Not enough of the heavy bass. Especially at the intro.

  • I agree.

  • I have this on 12"...one of the few pieces of vinyl left since selling up my DJ collection over ten years ago...I still dig this song

  • Great remix from 1988. Thanks for posting.
