  • AWESOME!!! Superb , yeah, I grew up on this stuff! Funny what you say about black/white, People thought Charlie Pride, the country singer, was white. He played Detriot, the audience was stunned, silence at the end of his first song...

  • brill

  • Debbie Dean was, she put out 3 singles from 61-62 and then one in 1968, and she was the song writing partner of Dennis Lussier aka Deke Rickards

  • OH THATS COOL :D......THANKS

  • thanks for the awsome clip....who was the first white artist?

  • OH THATS COOL :D......THANKS

  • i just bought the Chris Clark motown anthology album, because i love this song, and "love gone bad". "Do right baby", on the cd is much different from the single in your vidoe. frankly, your single version is much better. on the cd, you can barely hear the lewis sisters, it's almost a solo recording. "Love gone bad" is identical though.

  • Erie, the 45 mono mix is much hotter than the stereo mix on cd. The stereo mix is airy. Motown stuff was recorded well, and the frequencies are easy to split on their stereo mixes. I wouldn't be surprised if the engineer lowered the Lewis Sisters out of the mix for the cd. Not sure why they would have, but it could explain it

  • thanks for that info, ive noticed that on the newer compilations, they try and clean things up too much.

  • dynamite!!

  • no I haven't found any yet

  • Great Berry Gordy Jr, Production. Do you have any singles by The Lewis Sisters???
