Guys please give me some comments.. I am 15 yrs old and going to be 16 next year, male. I am 5'4 ( 165cm ) tall. My elder brother is about 174cm tall. Sadly I am an asian. I wanna be at least 172cm and my friends are around 174 - 180 cm tall. Thats quite big difference when walking together. I am wondering that I hv a spurt. I was always annoyed with my height I'm 20 and done growing but im only 5'3, most of my friends were about 6 feet, so my height always annoyed me. I eventually started lifting weights and became stronger than my friends, but you should never worry about your height its only a physical appearance and if people cant accept you for who you are then they arent worth your time.

it depends on genetic and exercise like 70 % genetic and 30 % ur own work just exercise,hang and go gym you will probably grow i grow 3 inchs in 3 and half months and im 16 years old i was 5'8ft 173 cm and now im 6'0 ft 180 cm : )

1.sleeping from 8 am becouse in 8 till 12 ur bones starts to grow.

2.drink milk dont drink no fat not good

3.run around or something

4.if u lose weight u ill get taller ca'z i lost 13 kg and i got taller..
