@GreatLPs I do not know, but I would bet it's safe to assume maybe a period a six months for new accounts. the worst I got before this was just two counts of content ID matches, did not go up to infringement, just ID matches (same file too, audio for the Pirates of the Caribbean theme, the video with it was some of my recommendations for Disney's Pirates Online)
This happened to everyone who abided by the community guidlines, and copyright policies. (I too got it)
