I love the DS Meteos and I still play it to this day, despite having it for the past 5 years... I don't own an Xbox, and Meteos Wars does look excellent, so I'm hoping something similar will end up on 3DS or something with Wi-Fi support. Nobody I know is willing to try Meteos, so I never get to play with anyone. Wi-Fi would sort that out!
@FangedDragon01 Meteos is also that sort of thing that's not too easy to understand. It looks like other falling blocks puzzle games, but at the same time, it looks way different.
if you play as hotted, you should always remember this rule. If for some reason, your stacks of meteos don't leave the screen after two ignitions in mid-air, don't try again. not much will happen
@FOG2006 Indeed, Hotted is largely offensive in its strategies, though you can go defensive sometimes. I'd say the only planet that's pure offense is Hevendor.
@robloxperson3982 Hmm? The Xbox Live Arcade is the downloadable games service. You go online using an Xbox 360 and the proper amount of Microsoft points to pay for it, select this game, and you download it.
Heh... It looks like you'll always will be stuck playing laggy matches. Too bad ours wasn't that smooth either, but I still have fun. I still have a long way to go.
Wow... The ending was really something else. XD
I got a heart for losing a match against you. Well at least a got a nice prize by losing. XD
Oh, that. Yeah, that's an accessory. You get Geolyte if you win one.
There's been at least one opponent I've had who seems to live close enough that the match was actually not laggy. It was interesting. I should try some of these planets like Hotted and Hevendor where the score is low but are meant to smother your opponent in garbage blocks.

I love Hotted, it's a planet where you're always on offensive, you never stop launching meteos on your opponents.

Is it the lag, or does Hotted really take a truckload of time for burnt Meteos to return to normal?
Also, why does your opponent used Gambit after launching a bunch of Meteos? Isn't that supposed to used BEFORE you launch them?
And finally, epicness at the end of the 2nd round!
kancsar91 2 years ago
It actually does take quite some time. The lag makes everything here play at about 60% of normal speed though.
I'v never been completely certain on how Gambit works. He may know something I don't know.
Overhazard 2 years ago
@kancsar91 I'm not 100% sure, but i think as long as you use it before the garbage blocks are sent, it still works fine.

Overhazard, didn't you say that there was one more Mission Mode run that you were going to do? When are you going to post that up?
genius11433 2 years ago
I'll put it up after I finish covering all of the planets. I'll wait for a while with no Meteos Wars videos, then put up all six at once.
