I did enjoy the almost comedy-like fighting at points, very takahashi-esque. especially when ryoga starts hitting kilik with his own staff, and the saotome-esque counter.

AKA, sucker punch.

But realistically, Ryoga can use a cement light pole as a staff, that fight should've ended with one punch.

I love kilik but...well reasonably speaking...

'Not true.' Ranma is weaker in strangth and stamina than Ryoga. Ranma might be a little faster and sneaker than Ryoga. in many case in a nock out fight with no tricks. Ryoga usually will win. Noing that Ranma usually will use some type of trick to win agenst him.

human chess match has ben going on for years tho Renaissance fairs and such, but the metrocon anime human chess match started in 2004 or 2003 I forget. I've ben doing it for two years. I was Ryoga 2006 and again for 2007.

The guy who played Kenshin- Vincent- didnt even know that he was gonna be thrown!! It just happened on Saturday! Vincent got hurt too I heard! But it was more rehersed here which is the Sunday taping! :D I love Kenshin! Vincent played his character so well in this match!

I don't know how you can believe that. I mean, I wasn't even there, and I don't know the first thing about fighting (even fighting with choreography) but anyone can see that Kenshin tries to keep his body tensed, to make the whole thing easyier for Ryoga. Otherwise, it would have been a hell of a lot harder to lift him that high, never mind the throwing part.
