looks like an interesting recipe. it would be nice if you could do a super close-up on the brownie, holding the camera minute without moving, so we can really get a look at what they look like, texture, moistness, cakiness , fudginess etc...

Quick question: will the recipe still work if I substitute another nut butter in place of peanut butter?

I'm going to assume it would because almond butter has approx the same amount of oil in it. Give it a try and make a video!!! (smile)
