  • That looks like an RB engine like s7

  • what means "big Block" ??

  • yo what tire and wheel are those

  • what brand is that .21

  • how and where can i get a set of those FAT rear tires at??

  • I would love to race this car.. With my ntc3 21. Check out some of my videos ..

  • Man this video is 2 years old now and this engine was bone stock. Look at my big block CD3 and it has this same engine in it but totally modified. 100% different car with the engine modded.

  • what did you have to do to make that motor fit bro or what you have to buy ,because im geting a .18 an he have the big block like yours for sell to if you can tell how you did that fuck the 18 im grabing that big block for my tc3 let me knew thanks

  • I made my own engine mounts to fit the .21 which was a stock of aluminum that I drilled & tapped for the bolt holes. Good luck with yours.

  • What 1/8 adapters are you useing. I have the OS .18TZ in mine, but after looking @ yours I can't do anything but shake my head that thing looks slick and runs like a bat out of hell. Props to B-more RC drivers, Middle River Hobbies, 301, and Hobbytown USA

  • Check out my nitro tc3 with a picco p9r ported with 11 ports video coming soon

  • Nice. Post the video of it running once you get 'er going.

  • hey how much does the tc3 kit cost? thanks

  • A NTC3 is $329

  • Man that sounds nice i have the P9R but what kind of tires are those

  • OS 18tz is a good engine, even when its modified right!! You have OS 18tz's doing 1.8 sec in 132 feet all day, where I race at every sunday. And thats real good for a 139 dollar engine.

  • idrinorbarsaku, it is funny that you say the os engine are overrated because just last night I broke a newly modded os .18 TZ and a friend of mine broke a fresh stock .18 TZ as well. Mine was the main bearing and his was the piston. What a joke. Oh well off for a new .21 engine.

  • very very nice car man. But can you plz tell me how you put the 8th scale tires on your car, i would very much appreciate it. by the way nice video

  • so what engine brand would you recomend? Novarossi?

  • Man to be honest, you can take your pick of any of those Novarossi engines or even the RB Xenon Alpha which is like what I have now. Even the Picco P9R would be a good candidate to use.

  • alright i was looking at the .18 O.S TZ so thanks for the heads up. Probably getting a new RTR NTC3 then upgrading it later. It comes stock with .15 engine. Do you reckon if i got like a .12 picco race engine it would be faster as picco are much higher quality than the stock motors

  • damn that thing is sick... hey man, just wonderin... how far do tc3s go back... like when were they released cause i just got my first nitro car and my friend has an old tc3 that we used to run when i was in like 4th grade and he still has it and wants to have a little drag race against mine... just wonderin if theyre all about as quick as this one cause i was talkin some mean shit to em about how out of date his is

  • The NTC3's have been around for a long time now but how fast one is to the next is the engine choice. I posted this video because I have a .21 engine in mine which is one of those no, no's it can't be done type of things.

  • you should try o.s .21tm

  • LMAO. That engine is JUNK compared to a on-road race ready .21

That engine IMO isn't any better than a good 3.3 motor. I've had one before.

  • Hey man if you don't mind, what tire setup are you using? I'd like to fit wider rubbers or foams, but am finding it difficult to do so. Thank!

    sick ride

  • Dang, man! That's insane!!! I'm sure my old TC3 wouldn't be able to keep up with that .21. I haven't modded my TC3 at all. Still has the same hard-running AE.15 PS engine that came with it. Only thing I've done was rebuild it several times after a few wrecks. Just gets faster without any further tuning. LOL

  • what engine is that?

  • It is a RB Xenon R which was totally stock. They now have replaced the Xenon with a Xenon Alpha.

  • wow thats crazy...Im planning on getting an os .18 tz soon, And did you have to do anything to the diff, add a locker or something? And did this setup last?

  • well the stock plastic diffs will break on you if you get some serious grip, that's for sure. I upgraded mine using an Ofna LD3 rear diff case which drops right in a NTC3 and then modify the rest from there.

  • dang ur car is smokin fast! Nice.

  • now thats what i'm talking about . i got a

    hpi rs4 2 with a novarossi .21 that all we run in b-more is 21's .i hat a a rb outlaw big .15 on my tc3 i may put a .21 on it.

  • I'm here in Waldorf, MD. I heard that there's a new drag race track in that area now. We all need to hook up and run these .21 cars.

  • thats cool i'm down with that , i'm in parkville md we all race out rolling view dr off liberty road behind a factory . but we are looking for another nice long strip thats not to far.

  • Omni, thanks again man. How well do you know about the Xenon to make that statement? I thought it was a mediocre engine myself but you say otherwise. Always looking for more power.

  • that is the fastest most poerful highest reving .21 engine in the world... it will shit on every onter .21 nice man

  • LOL no it won't. There are faster engines, but it takes more than a fast engine to win a race.

  • Nice vid bro, that thing is a beast, no doubt aboutt it!

  • man brent, looking good. The cars very fast, and sounds like a jet at idle, lol

  • gilbertsusbilla, I made the motor mounts myself out of some aluminum stock I had laying around. I drilled and tapped all the bolt holes and here it is as you see it running. It was not really hard at all to get that motor to fit. I also shortened the rear control arms to fit the big Mugen 1/8th scale wheel/tires on the car too.

  • oic .. tnx for gettin' back w/me

  • Are you using diff. motor mount for that .21RB

  • Thanks ajlovering. What gearing do you currently use to achieve 100 MPH for the clutch bell and spur?

  • Hi. I have a JP R03 in my RRR. I managed 100.00 mph with it and hopefully will beat that this year. Gear the car up and see how fast it will go!
