Bishop CE White or "Papa" is a very loving, compassionate man, who has been a blessing to many people and helped many come to Christ through the preaching of the Gospel and the love of Christ. Don't get it twisted by the style of his preaching, just "talks loud" when he teaches, as he says. He's a father, not a slavemaster
