Well, not sure where the county borders lay, but Harrison's is about 3 miles from Tunbridge Wells which is in Kent. Needless to say it dosn't affect the great climbing (so long as you don't mind top roping).
Know what you mean. However, I find that any traversing, however small, becomes a pain with a floating bag and it also rubs against the rock which is quite damaging on Sandstone. Much easier on the 'top out' mantel shelf as well. However, for direct routes on harder rock a tight rope is definately better with the shunt.
Nice climb but I'm pretty sure Harrison's is in East Sussex like most of the other Southern Sandstone crags

I know. I was being pedantic but the border is between Tunbridge Wells and Harrison's (and most of the other sandstone crags).

cool lil climb mate, im also a user of the shunt, works like a treat.
have bag floating i find is better, tighter rope
