Those girls are the Segal twins, Jean and Liz. (They're the younger sisters of Katey Segal, [Peggy Bundy] from Married With Children.)
In 1984, they had a TV show, that lasted two seasons, called "Double Trouble", the point of which seemed to be about getting the girls into skimpy 80's style dance leotards. (Which was fine with me.)
