  • Interesting how after all these years those who truly knew him don't want to discuss any aspect of his life. A tragic figure who craved attention yet could not come to terms with anything suggesting responsibility.

  • @guyNbluejeans ...see Kim Kardashian...

  • I don't know how these guys could tolerate being filmed and photographed so often.

  • What,? I guess I must be so numb

I cant hear what this tube's playin

  • 27 club is stupid I mean who would really make a club for a bunch of dead celebrities! Just dedicate an award of a monument gosh !!

  • I thought i would add something for Brian Jones..He played on jimi hendrix's 'All along the Watchtower but his piano was removed. Also Brian played on 'you Cant always Get what You Want' ...his electric guitar can be heard when Keith plays his solo. they give him no credit on this song. He also played "You cant Always get What You Want' on the rolling Stones Rock n Roll Circus in Dec 1968. they never gave Brian much credit!

  • @MrJsmyers Uncredited? that's sad. He was very underappreciated, first of the 27-Club.

  • @67rallysport / Sad that he was the first of the 27 club..lot of foul Play went down..frank Thorogood and another guy drowned Brian..either intentional or accidental!

  • @67rallysport Robert Johnson was the first well-known musician to die at 27.

  • that you know of.

  • Thoroughgood never confessed on his deathbed.

  • A true legendary musician who died way before his time, yet outshined by the media by the tragic deaths of Jim Morrison, Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, etc. His death was at the hands of his pool cleaner who admitted on his deathbed in 1993 that he drowned a drunken Brian Jones over a heated arguement over a business debt

  • @67rallysport ..Not calling you a liar but i have a taped conversation saying that they where playing around and the guy held Brian under and it was an accident...Dont know the real version.I Know he rode his motorcycle through a plate glass window at some buisnesss in June 1969.What is the pool cleaners name?

  • @MrJsmyers Just from from a newspaper article back in '92 I think. Maybe the pool cleaner was seeking postmortum fame or a paid-for patsy, I don't know. I'll have to find the article I clipped. Apparently Brian wasn't a very liked person by some people's accounts.

  • @67rallysport i did some research and it appears that 2 0r 3 people were involved,Frank Thoroughgood and 2 other men working on brians house at the time. brian owed all of them money,Money that he didnt have at the time cause his large royalty check had not yet arrived so brian tried to kick them off his property and so they wanted to get paid..So next they get him in the pool and probally try to scare him into paying them up and they drowned him instead. Info from Stones road manager 1994.

  • @MrJsmyers Those guys were idiots. He was worth more alive so to pay them. He was the founder of the Stones and center of attention in all promo and album photos and covers til the Flowers album. You'll see Brians pic is only one looking pissed at Mick and Keef (everyone else looking at camera) who took his lead away, but they were the true leaders and Brian the musical genius. Let it Bleed had both Brian (no guitar) and Mick Taylor.

  • @67rallysport Keith richards plays all guitar parts on this album with the excepyion of Mick taylor on 'Country Honk' and 'Live with Me'...Ry Cooder plays mandolin on 'Love in Vain'. This is a Keith Richards Album..he wrote all the music for this album except' Love in Vain' and he rewrote that song as well.Keith plays both guitars on 'Gimme Shelter','Midnight Rambler'.'Monkey Man' , as well as 'You Got The Silver'..Mick was busy making his movie Ned Kelly so Keith took over!

  • reminds me of kurt cobain

  • Such a handsome young man, he sure went down-hill fast.

  • brian had charisma, he was an enigma.

  • The photo at one is the one the drugs took. Otherwise I saw some ones that I have not seen before. Worth the visit.

  • I've just noticed something. In the pic at 1:00, he looks 10 years older and has a paunch. Maybe he's still with us folks...

  • @laser325 Very painful to see how fast Brians health was getting worse. Just compare Brian pics from 1967 and 1968. Horrible.

  • Did I miss the shocking part?!?

  • no sound?

  • is that lennon?? 0: 00

  • @Cuandoeslachupa Definitely looks it.

  • i heard brian jones was terriified of hoses

  • beautiful rarely seen pics.

  • Love this pictures, Brian's eyes looked like they could burn a hole right through you. Oh boy did he have good looks. R.I.P Brian.
