They nearly declared defeat until the United States entered the war and German troops had to withdrawl from Russia to stop the American troops. The Red Army reached Berlin first and Americans forced Russia to split the capital by making the Russians fear war with the US. The US will always be stronger then you socialists

@SPAWN7809 I'm a conservative and I can't stand ignorant Euro's but that history is very wrong. The U.S. did more by supplying lend lease equipment did it did fighting on the ground. We didn't even enter the war until 1943 in North Africa. The British were more then happy to let the Russians and Nazi's fight it out. By 1942 The German advance was already halted. The Germans didn't have the forces, and were not in total mobilization until 1944, not to mention many of their strategies were bad.
