hahaha wow, i love how the ice palace is among the most hated dungeons for being difficult. it's one of the very best dungeons in the entire series to me. its difficulty is satisfying, not excessive to me, and certainly much better than the no-brainer dungeons the series has provided us recently.

I remember as a kid, Turtle Rock gave me the most trouble having those eye lasers and having to use all that magic. The boss Trinexx gave me the most trouble. He really pissed me off. Now that I play through this dungeon I can beat it in less than an hour when as a kid this dungeon took me more than a day to beat. Oh the memories that this brings back. I love this song!!!

I was stuck for around 2 years on the boss of this dungeon (we had no internet). Well, I played other games in between after I couldn't beat him. Every so often I'd try to beat the boss, but I could not figure out how. Eventually, I tried bombs(again), and I finally beat him. As a result, at the end of the game, the game says that I died around 3-4 times the amount I died most other Dark World dungeons(except for the last one). Having said that, I love this game!

@PlatinumLord871 It was such bullshit! The put this hard as shit block puzzle in it, then in the 6th dungeon, they give you the Cane of Somaria, WHICH CREATES BLOCKS! NO, DON'T FUCKING GIVE IT TO ME WHEN I COULD USE IT! Now as a kid you just don't think of these things... but when I went back to it again later in life I was like "to hell with this" and I went to the 6th dungeon, got the cane, and then came back. FUCK YOUR SHIT, BLOCK PUZZLE, I MAKE MY OWN PATH.
