When my family and I were still living in Davao City way back in the 1980's the 3rd Marine Brigade led by then Col. Biazon was the epitome of professinalism which most of the AFP lacked at that time.Then Col. Biazon was the few military officer we respected and admired.He and the 3rd MB were complete opposite to the corrupt,abusive and hated then PC and RUC 11 elements.Even though we are now here in Australia I never forget to mention this fact to my son.For us there is the PMC and the rest!
