@98thStreet as far as I know it's extremely easy/cheap to find a German-dubbed DVD version. you lucky guys, I wish the Spanish dub was properly released on DVD! :)

no,in 1984 there was a communistic regime in Czech rep.and im not sure,but i think that spanish films werent imported into our country in these times.but i remember that the cartoon about little witch was really very popular after estabilishment of demokracy(1989).but i will surprise you once more-except this cartoon there werent any more products with this character for a quite long time.But now,there is the movie,music..,of course,its selled on a pillows,pens,bags etc.AndChildrenStillLikeIt:o)
Oh My God!!! Im SOOOO sorry!!! I realized, that this character and this cartoon have been originally made in CZECH REPUBLIC, not in Spain!!! It was drawn by Zdeněk Smetana, czech painter. Im really sorry, I've forgot it. So I dont know why it was popular not until 90's... But my good God, I'm soooo ashamed for I thought it is from Spain... Oh, forgive me my dear country... OMG!
haha :) yeah, little mistake, this was made in Czech Republic, not Spain. I love Czech cartoons, there used to be a lot of them on Spanish TV back then (mid 80s), they were so beautifully drawn, I still have some stuff on VHS tapes from those years. so there's a lot of "merchandising" with the little witch right now? but there was nothing back when this movie was made? interesting... I'd love to get some of that stuff! :)

gracias GRACIAS por estos minutos. Esta es, sin duda, la película de animación más importante de mi infancia. Creo que la debería tener en VHS.

Oh, I loved this movie!
As I was under ten years old, I watched it VERY often on VHS. Wow... VHS... I'm becoming old. xD
There you see: We watched the greatest movies in our childhood... not Teletubbies, Spongebob, Dora and something like that.
