If they make a fifth movie, I wouldn't rule out the possibility of Barbossa having two flesh legs again. I mean, the sword can bring dead matter back to life, as it did Blackbeard's zombies, so why couldn't it somehow reattach Barbossa's leg? And when I watch the COTBP and AWE, I can't help but stare at his legs, because I miss the time when he had two of them...

@georgeowain In a way your it is considering that comment makes no sense to me. The comment you replied to is a joke, because Barbossa would mutiny against Jack and take the Pearl. Now, he has control of the QAR, which was modeled using the Pearl's hull, so he has the Black Pearl, again. In the storyline, the QAR is a totally differnt ship, but in reality, it is the Pearl under a new design. There is a video that has footage of them taking apart the cabin and then creating the QAR.

Eurgh I like Barbossa but in the next (or one after next if possible) POTC film, they should show the end of the age of classic piracy...Commodore Norrington nearly ended the reign of Pirates from the start, but of course his career went astray. The EITCo scheming under Beckett was ultimately a failure...Pirates still hold sway. Sooner or later, the British Royal Navy will have to be show it a better light and simply overwhelming the pirates. Barbossa as a turncoat was close...but not enough.

@franypany1 Barbossa is the most skilled swordsman in the series at the moment. In their duel; Jack and Barbossa, Jack had a pretty hard time keeping up with him. Jack only managed to beat Barbossa at gunpoint and with the help of Will. Will and Elizabeth won't return. The directors stated that their story ended, plus I doubt the next movie would take place 10 years later from the 4th. Jack doesn't at all own the Flying Dutchman. Queen Anne's Revenge is the most powerful ship in the series atm.
