She probably JUST turned 13 in this... when you JUST turn 13, you don't look like a mirror image of when you just turned 12, but you look like you did in your mid 12 I guess. By the time your in the middle of 14, you won't look anything like 12, or most of 13 at that. With the facial progress i've seen on myself, at about mid 15 the more adult features should be visible.
