Fruits and veggies are the best, clean burning carbs... getting the omega 3 fats regulate whether or not fat gets released from cells...avocado and flax seeds are best (avocado is perfect food: omega 3, vitamin k, high water content :) You're looking good :)

I wont do the carb thing, Check out Metabolic typing.. I am protein type, you could be one too, if you where loosing on high protein.
Really check it out, Type Underground wellness on youtube. Its a huuge advantage to know what youre type is and how you work
