Great point. Congress should appoint appoint a panel of board certified neurologists to assess the Attorney General's medical status. The panel nees to determine if AG Gonzalez is grossly medically impaired. If that is not the finding, then plainly the AG is committing purgery by making the false claim of a virtually total memory failure. If the panel concludes the man is grossly mentally impaired, the it is I agree with you knbaja that it is necessary to hospitalize him for his own safety.
