Sad to say this Officer had it coming to him. He was a totally unprofessional

officer who harassed this kid for years and delighted in doing so because

the kid had some emotional problems which gave this officer some perverted

pleasure in harassing him. Quite apparent from the start of the video Mckay

made a u-turn in the highway just because he saw Kenney driving and wanted

to go "have some fun with him".

The previous incident was 4 YEARS!!, prior to the incident of his murdering the officer and his subsequent killing by Floyd. Whether the officer was in the wrong or not, was NOT for this Liko kid to decide. It certainly was cause for him to kill another person. Last I checked, harrassment, is NOT a capital murder charge.

No, you are wrong, the case has never been remanded, and it is not frivolous.

My case against Kelly was remanded not on the merits dude.

Bruce McKay was holding a major grudge dude he would call and have the tennis camp vans searched on suspicion of theft. Cases from Fox Hill Park under the same M.O. were thrown out for blocking egress without probable cause.

McKay even asked the judge to go easy on Liko. WIth Sarah and the use of OC spray what the heck he was resisting arrest. He even warned her about being sprayed before he did it. Here when McKay was shot he stopped Liko and he peeled out back in the road. Another violation of law. Then Liko ran from Liko.
