As a leader of my own band, I can attest to this video at 4:40 , along with the liner notes on LSO Vol II speaks volumes about classical musicians, especially trumpet players, who are, pound for pound, some of the biggest assholes on the planet.
Wow, quite actually I WOULD expect classical musicians to act this way. There really was nothing that weird about Frank's music. I sang much weirder stuff in my high school choir. Maybe it's the British?? This piece is really fun to listen to.
