They had Chucky Atkins at point guard (an absolute ballhog who wanted the ball more than Kobe), Chris Mihm at center (probably the worst starting centers in the league at that time). And Kobe additionally missed 16 games due to injury. And please don't say Wade "took" the Heat to the playoffs, he didn't. Eddie Jones and Lamar Odom were the leading contributers on the team.
