  • best show ever

  • Six Million Dollar Man vs. Bionic Bigfoot ... one of the all time greatest moments in 1970s television history!

  • holy fuck that was alot of slow-mo

  • Oh no not the tree?

    Andre the Giant was bigfoot.

  • Still Beats Reality TV !!

  • Lou Ferrigno?

  • @ThexBorg No Andre the Giant

  • Classic! lol!!!!!

  • come see the full bigfoot episode and other bionic clips on my page, enjoy and comment, thanks.

  • That's right, son. Not so tough without that ARM

  • thats was awesome....scary sum biotch

  • this scared the fucking shit out of me when i was a kid

  • The proof that bigfoot actually exists.

  • Haha, what's up with these random sound effects? This is hilarious!

  • RIP Andre!

  • Frigging epic.

  • This is one of my earliest memories in life.

  • i have all the big foot episode and the them bot episode allso

  • i have this on vhs tape

  • Even when the people are watching on their view screen it's in slow motion.

  • the sound effect sounds like we are at war..

  • What a bizarre scene. Typical 70s kitsch.

  • Shaq has a bigger foot than this Bigfoot. But damn Stephanie Powers was hot!!!

  • Agghhh, Messin' with Sasquatch, beef jerky anyone ?????

  • Lee Majors said he was picked up and thrown 20 feet, when filming this.

  • @LeastLikedCritic75 Well...If anybody could do that...Andre Could! lol

  • I like this scene because they didn't make Steve so powerful that he just beats the bigfoot guy. Let's face it Steve was getting his head handed too him. Also in typical fashion for pre-80's television Steve is the good guy because bigfoot swung first.

  • I like this scene because they didn't make Steve so powerful that he just beats the bigfoot guy. Let's face it steve was getting his head handed too him.

  • Why the hell was that footprint already in plaster?

  • @RVBOY2 you know...I thought the same thing when I saw that....that it wasn't just a footprint, but it was a print in plaster!!! boy...you would think the people doing these shows wouldn't make all the mistakes they make :D

    good gravy people!

  • Steve's Weakness... only one Arm was Bionic... hell in his shoes I would of had the other one replaced

  • SMDM.com...Time-Life has remastred all episodes

  • I remember watching this for the first time when I was a kid and I did not realize bigfoot was bionic until Steve pull off his arm. Great show.

  • @dhunt1964 I kind of thought something was up because you heard a modified bionic sound on Bigfoot!

  • What is it about the Big Foot episodes that the SMDM fans love so much? I also vividly remember the space probe episodes. Freaked me out for weeks.

  • Owch!..I mean Arrgh! I need to put this in a bucket of ice right away! Pull my arm will ya!

  • love it love it love it

  • Hey! those cave people have got a Flat-Screen TV.

  • wow havent seen this since it was aired in the uk all those years ago, classic.

  • I think its so funny how bigfoot chaces steve with a tree. lol

  • I was so in love with Colonel Steve Austin and his girlfriend Jaime! ;)

  • damn this brings back memories. these episodes were some of my favorites. loved when Austin rips off Sasquatch's arm

  • I always loved the sound effect when they hit someone. It always sounded hard.

  • It's Sasquatch not Bigfoot. And there not the same thing.

  • Sasquatch has got a big booty.

  • Comment removed

  • come on steve, kick him in the bollocks!

  • Ah yes - now I remember why this scared the crap out of me when I was a kid.

  • It wasn't just the sound effects that made this tv show great, it was also the music! The music that went with every scene was just fantastic!! Then that cool run that Lee had just set it off!!

  • @jd7779311 I agree completely, but there were three other elements that made this show great along with The Bionic Woman. First, believability. They made it believable, but again that was due partly to the music and sound effects like you said. Two, they had a humanness about them. Three, they would add in a bit of humor: 2:21 "I don't want to hurt ya, and I'd like to think the feeling's mutual".

  • @Beautifulmusiclistnr Oh yeah! You are so right. Especially on the believable part. Man you couldnt tell me the government at that time didnt have the capability to make a bionic arm or leg. But you know Time Life is selling the whole 4 seasons of the show. But damn they want over $200.00 for them. I have to get them though.

  • @jd7779311 They want $200??? Ouch! I'll need to save my Bionic pennies for it! lol I agree with you though. I sure would like to have that set also. As you probably have heard, Lee Majors was on a certain person's TV show this week, and everyone in the audience got the entire series that's on DVD. Talk about cool! Have a Happy Thanksgiving! God Bless!

  • @jd7779311 5 seasons bud, price will probably come down

  • No man, that was a Real Bigfoot!!!!!

One of the Greatest Episodes of all Time!!!!

  • I still love the sound effects. This show was awesome!

  • @lere8

Yes the funky music was great .

  • Always good to see this memorable scene of Lee Majors battling Andre The Giant.

  • I like that hes ALWAYS running in slow motion to seem more....bionic? Apparently it was Andre the Giant in the Bigfoot costume.

  • Just Andre in this one. Ted Cassidy (Lurch) did the 2 followups.

  • Now that home video game have caught up with movie like graphics don't you all think it's time to petition for a six million dollar man and a bionic woman xbo360 and playstation 3d game that has movie like graphics like the tv shows??? I think that would be off the chain!!!

  • Steve Austin battles Andre The Giant for the WWE title.

  • Yes, and Austin 3:16 said he just whipped his ass.....lol.

  • @retrozfann Imagine if Austin and Andre ACTUALLY battled for the WWE title!

  • @AngelofAnguish I think Austin would have been crushed, LOL!

  • Those tight-ass pants must be bionic too.

  • Wow ! they had plasma tv's back in those times and they were watching steve austin on it.

  • a gigantic retard in a fur costume.

  • amazing! i never knew the sasquatch were so violent! no wonder they were all killed off in the 1800's by the early white settlers.

  • This episode totally played into the bigfoot phenomenon of the mid 70s. Very effective. We were so into this.

  • Yo I used to hide my face when I saw bigfoot. Must have been around 7

  • King Of The Forest!

  • nonsense, this episode kicked ass

  • Damn, I miss this show. Steve Austin vs. a bionic Sasquatch, Steve Austin vs. The "Seven" Million Dollar Man, who went bad. I loved this show.

  • Don't forget Steve Austin vs the Venus probe

  • Never.

  • Why does Bigfoot look like Bin Laden.. lol

  • "Get 'im steve"

I loved everything bionic, I'm 42 and I have the bionic sound as a ringtone, some may say I'm sad, but hey, this guy sums up my youth. What I liked about Steve was he had a vulnerability that we could identify with. When I hear the first bit of the theme, I'm 9 again complete with goosebumps, "I can't hold it, she breakin up" dur nur nur nur!

  • Never get tired of seeing this.

  • Me too! I actually love the music in this episode!

  • memorable themes and music, you hear it you know it.

  • This was so awesome. I get tense watching it now at age 38, just as I did when I was 6 or 7 because it scared me to death when I was a little boy! Steve Austin rocked! Both he and Jayme Somers were my two favorite superheros (along with Wonder Woman of course) when I was a kid. The Bionic Bigfoot and the Fembots were my all time favorite episodes! I wish Universal would release both series on DVD. I'm dying to collect them! When are you going to wise up Universal???

  • I agree with you totally!!! I looked up to Steve, Jaime, and Wonder Woman, too LOL! I get so pissy when others, esp. the younger ones, try and put it down. This was classic TV!

  • Yeah same here! I liked the Venus space probe episodes, myself. :)

  • This is a great show, especially the episodes where the six million dollar man fights Big foot, they were always among my favourites. Thanks foe posting.

  • Come check out full episode to comment and rate.

  • Did they had to use slowmo in every single scene?

  • Always loved the battle of the Bionic man and beast.

  • Please post MORE of the Bigfoot series on here!

  • When are they gonna release the DVD collection in the USA for this and the Bionic Woman? It was released in Europe!

  • Bigfoot sure howled when Steve ripped his arm off!

  • a proof is a proof. if you have a proof it is because it has beeen proven. :)

  • Bigfoot was performed by the late great wrestler Andre the Giant.

  • Only in this one. Was later protrayed by Ted Cassidy in the 2 followups.

  • Thought Andre was the only one to portray him in the series though.

  • MrPurrfect68- No my friend in season 3 it was Andre in this one (Secret Of Bigfoot) 1st story. In Season 4 Ted Cassidy did (Return of Bigfoot) which is the first followup and then Season 5 (Bigfoot V)the second followup and final Bigfoot story. Of course I am sure you know Ted was Lurch in the Addams family in the 60's and also Hulk tv series intro narrator and Lou Ferrigno's growls for the Hulk until he died in 1979 and then Hulk was voiced by Charles Napier.

  • @MrPurrfect68

yes for 2 episodes and also he was played by Ted Cassidy the munsters dude :) for two episodes

  • @RVBOY2 A little off their bud. Andre The Giant did the first 2 partner Bigfoot episode. Ted Cassidy did the 2 followups and he was Lurch from the Addams Family. Fred Gwyne was Herman on The Munsters.

  • @MrPurrfect68 you read my mind-I was just gonna put that on here :D

yup...he was a 'gentle giant' in real life you know....

  • Fox News has finally aired actual proof of a real bigfoot. They should give Lee Majors a news anchor position.

  • actual 'proof?'

    esplain what this 'proof' was.

  • No proof at all because it was a phony.

  • Years ago, a friend and I were in a bar and he started talking about this. He's like "remember when Steve Austin picked up Sasquatch and threw him really far, then he honed in on him with his bionic eye". I was laughing so hard....tears were rolling down my face. It was like an hour of them taking turns throwing each other.

  • lol! i remember! it was like 75 give or take a yr. i recalled the 'owning eye' and how far bigfoot could jump. steve couldn't make it across! wet!

i used to be so entertained by this cheesy stuff back then. still am. funee

  • where's rudy wells when you need him!!!!!!!

  • the bigfoot played by andre the giant of the wwe y ak

  • That sasquatch looks like my neighbor lol!!!!

    WOW!!

Have you toled her to shave??

  • lmao

  • That sasquatch looks like my neighbor lol!!!!
